Yuxuan Li is a Senior Engineer at the Future Food Innovation Center of the China Meat Research Center, with nearly a decade of experience in food safety, food biomanufacturing and cultivated meat. Previously on secondment at the State Administration for Market Regulation and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, contributions include food safety supervision, industry standards and industrial policy research. Current work focuses on cultivated meat R&D and commercialisation, and the regulatory framework for alternative proteins.
