Dr. Yuko Ishiwaka received a Ph.D. in Reinforcement Learning from Hokkaido University and previously served as a professor. Her research explores machine learning inspired by computational neuroscience, with multiple patents granted. Currently, he focuses on innovative aquaculture and fish behavior simulation, presenting at SIGGRAPH ASIA and NeurIPS. She is also a licensed marine diver and small boat pilot.
