Yingying Li

Vice Chief Engineer, CHINA MEAT RESEARCH CENTER & Department Head of Future Foods, BEIJING ACADEMY OF FOOD SCIENCES (BAFS), China
Professor Li Yingying currently serves as the Deputy Chief Engineer at the China Meat Research Center and the Head of the Future Food Science and Engineering Research Department. She is also the director of the New Protein Food Science and Technology Innovation Base. Leading her team, she is actively engaged in the development of cell-cultured meat and the construction of pilot-scale processes. Professor Li has successfully led over 20 scientific projects and has been honored with 6 provincial or ministerial level awards, including the Second Prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award.
