Warren is the Chief Investment Officer at Sprout, leading the Investment Team and representing Sprout on portfolio company boards. Previously, he was CEO of BioLumic, an AgBiotech startup using ultraviolet light to enhance plant traits, where he raised capital from pre-Seed to Series A. Earlier, he held marketing and sales roles in Chile and Argentina for New Zealand’s largest multinational. Warren holds a B.Com (Hons) in Marketing from University of Otago and he's fluent in Spanish.
