Tim Heasley is a Partner at Artesian Venture Partners, part of global alternative investment manager Artesian Capital Management. Based in Singapore and with Artesian since 2004, he is a lawyer by background and heads fund structuring and institutional partnerships across Asia Pacific. Tim leads Artesian's APEC work on food security finance, including a concept note endorsed by all 21 APEC economies and the 2026 Dalian workshop he hosted, and is developing a proposed APEC AgriFood Innovation Fund.
