Simone has twenty five years of experience in BASF, and has been serving in many capacities across various business divisions of Personal & Home Care, Nutrition, and Petrochemicals. She holds a Bachelor of International Business Administration and Information Technology from the University of Mannheim, Germany, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of South Alabama, United States. In addition to her BASF role, Simone is a Board Member of industry association CropLife Asia and an Advisor to Women in Food and Agriculture.
