With over 25 years at BASF, Simone brings deep cross-functional expertise, having held roles across Personal & Home Care, Nutrition, and Petrochemicals. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration and Information Technology from the University of Mannheim, Germany, and an MBA from the University of South Alabama, United States. Beyond her role at BASF, Simone serves as President of the industry association CropLife Asia and as an Advisor to Women in Food and Agriculture.
