Shusaku Ogawa is Vice President of Corporate Finance Department, Division 3 in Development Bank of Japan. He started his career at DBJ and has invested in corporations and projects in many sectors mainly in Japan and South East Asia. Since joining the current team in 2024, he has been involving in food and agriculture sector and leading investment activities in the sector. DBJ is currently developing strategy to contribute to revitalization of Japanese domestic agriculture and food sector by learning from advanced food and agriculture related fund investments and project involvements outside of Japan. DBJ has invested in six funds since started its business in the sector in 2020 and intends to continuously accumulate advanced knowledge throughout the investment activities. He earned Bachelor of Laws from Keio University.
