Pradyumna Gampala is the Head of R&D Asia at FrieslandCampina. With almost two decades of leadership experience across R&D, innovation, supply chain transformation, and technology development, he has worked extensively across Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, Africa, and global markets. Throughout his career, Pradyumna has led initiatives spanning product innovation, operational excellence, value creation, and organizational transformation. Before joining FrieslandCampina, he held several regional and global leadership roles at Mondelez International. He is passionate about leveraging innovation, technology, and people leadership to accelerate growth and create sustainable business impact.
