Peemdej is the Director of Open Innovation at Charoen Pokphand Foods (CPF) Public Company Limited, an agro-industrial and food conglomerate headquartered in Thailand. He is responsible for building partnerships with startups and universities to create innovations that can lead to commercial success across both CPF core food products and new businesses such as Alternative Protein and Health & Wellness. He also works closely with the investment department to identify and execute potential investment opportunities into promising startups. Before joining CPF, Peemdej was educated and trained in Biochemistry, and he retains a strong passion for integrating biotechnology into food science and agricultural production.
