With a masters in manufacturing technology from Cambridge University, Nick had a stellar 20 year career at Mars in manufacturing, engineering and R+D and was R+D Director for Food business in Europe and Australia. After 5 years as R+D director for Pepsico, Nick taught innovation at UTS in Sydney, and founded v2food, Australia's leading plant based meat brand. His second start up Algenie has a mission to turn Algae into a massive, scaleable and sustainable biotech industry.
