Minoru is a General Manager for Overseas Business Development in Food and Agri-Business Division of The Norinchukin Bank. He began his career at The Norinchukin Bank in 1989. He has over 20 years of experience in wide-ranging global investments such as Fixed Income, Equity, Credit Investments, and Alternative Investments including private equity, hedge fund, and real estate. He not only has extensive experiences in international business, but also has resided outside Japan more than 10 years, in the U.S., Singapore, and the U.K. Prior to the current position, he served for five years at the Bank's London Branch as General Manager. Minoru holds an MBA from Yale School of Management and BA in Economics from Kobe University.
