Bensen is the Policy Director, APAC, for GSMA.
Prior to joining the GSMA, Bensen worked in a tech policy consultancy, where he specialized in connectivity, cloud and AI policy in Asia. His prior experience also includes working in the Singapore government on emerging technology regulation.
Bensen has BAs in International Relations and East Asian Studies from Brown University, USA.
