Dr. V. Maroudam Veerasami (B.V.Sc & AH, M.V.Sc, Ph.D.) is the Founder and Director of CisGEN Biotech Discoveries Pvt. Ltd., Chennai. With over 25 years of R&D experience in veterinary diagnostics, vaccine development, and translational biotechnology, she has pioneered One Health innovations through strategic collaborations with BIRAC, IHF, NIH, and the Gates Foundation. A recipient of DBT’s BIG award and multiple national honors, Dr. Veerasami has authored over 40 peer-reviewed publications in leading journals including Science, The Lancet Microbe, and Scientific Report
