Lucas is the Agricultural Advisor at the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Singapore. He supports the growth and expansion of Dutch organizations in agriculture, food, and sustainability within Singapore, by connecting them to potential collaboration partners and promoting their expertise. Through fostering collaborations between the Netherlands and Singapore, there can be new innovation in dealing with global challenges like food security, climate resilience, and climate change mitigation. Prior to this role, he was in research for sustainable agriculture and in the industry for high-tech farming. He has a background in Environmental Studies.
