Kok Wei Beh
Beh joined Cargill R&D in November 2021 as Regional Technical Leader at the Singapore Innovation Center, where he leads the Southeast Asia Application and Technical Services team. His team collaborates closely with SEA and ANZ businesses to deliver technical solutions and develop value propositions across key categories and customers. He also serves as Centre Lead for the Singapore Innovation Center.
With over 25 years of experience in technical leadership across food ingredient companies—including CP Kelco, Kerry Ingredients, ISP, Corbion, and Inter-Continental Oils & Fats. He has led regional R&D teams and spearheaded innovation centers in Shanghai, Mumbai, and Singapore. His expertise spans dairy, beverages, confectionery, and personal care applications.
