Doug is VP Investments at Farm Credit Canada Capital (“FC3”) where he is part of the team responsible for delivering new equity, quasi-equity and venture debt solutions to enhance Canadian food and agriculture. Farm Credit Canada recently announced FC3’s $2 billion dollar investment target over the next four years through expansion of its funds program and build-out of a direct equity program. Doug joined FC3 after a 20-year career as a growth equity GP.
