Didier Toubia is the Co-Founder and CEO of Aleph Farms, an Ag Biotech pioneer developing new categories of animal products based on cell culture. Before founding Aleph Farms, Didier co-founded and led IceCure Medical (IPO 2010) and served as CEO of NLT Spine, acquired by SeaSpine in 2016. He also co-founded BlueTree and Yeap, two ventures focused on sustainable nutrition and ingredient innovation.
Trained as a Food Engineer and Biologist, Didier also holds a Specialized Master’s and an eMBA.
