Andrew is Vow's General Counsel & Global Head of Regulatory Affairs. Prior to joining Vow, he spent nine years at Uber and DoorDash leading APAC and international legal teams from his base in Hong Kong and Taipei. Andrew first came to Asia in 2011 with JPMorgan, where he did employment legal work for several years. He began his career in private practice at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett in New York after graduating from Cornell University and the University of Chicago Law School.
