Alon Cahn
Alon Cahn is the CEO and Founder of MONDAY SWISS UK Ltd and serves as CCO of Growthwell Singapore.
A seasoned executive in the FMCG and plant-based food industries, Alon brings more than two decades of global leadership experience, having held senior roles at Mars-Wrigley Jr. as Regional Managing Director and Innovation Director across Latin America, North America, the Middle East, and Asia. He later served as CEO of Nestlé/Garden Gourmet, where he led the brand’s innovation and market growth in the emerging plant-based category.
In 2012, Alon founded Monday Swiss UK Ltd, driven by his conviction that meat alternatives without compromise would win over mainstream consumers—positioning him as one of the early pioneers of today’s thriving plant-based movement.
Following the 2022 strategic shareholding partnership between Monday Swiss and Growthwell, Alon now drives Growthwell’s global expansion strategy, leveraging his deep international experience and cross cultural understanding to scale the company’s footprint across Europe, Asia, and beyond.
An avid athlete and lifelong vegetarian, Alon is passionate about health, sustainability, and conscious living, principles that continue to shape both his professional mission and personal life.
