Dr. Alberto Dolci is the Science and Innovation Associate Director at Bolton Food, where he leads strategic initiatives at the intersection of health, science and food innovation. With ~10 years of background spanning research, academia and industry, Dr Alberto joined Bolton Food in 2021. Over his tenure driving scientific innovation, he spearheaded European collaborations and orchestrated the January 2026 launch of the Bolton Food Research & Innovation Center in Singapore.
