The Netherlands is one of the most innovative and productive countries in agriculture and food. Despite the country’s small land area, it is one of the world’s largest food exporters by value. This achievement is possible only with the supporting Dutch agri-food ecosystem, ranging from companies, government agencies, research institutions, trade promotion agencies, and other ecosystem stakeholders. These stakeholders, which come together in the Dutch Diamond approach, foster a more resilient agri-food ecosystem which leads to greater innovation. In this session, we learn from various Dutch stakeholders in the agri-food ecosystem and discuss how some of these insights can translate to the APAC region.
